Purpose

The Bachelor of Science in Physics program equips students with a rigorous foundation in theoretical and experimental physics while fostering analytical and problem-solving skills essential for innovation in science and technology. Program Learning Outcomes

The student will be able to:

• Understand fundamental physics principles as well as foundational concepts within its branches of mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, and quantum mechanics.
• Use mathematical techniques for problem solving.
• Systematically explore physical phenomena by setting up experiments, collecting and analyzing data, and interpreting their results.
• Understand how the cosmos and laws of physics support a creator and biblical worldview.
