Purpose

The AS in Physics provides an opportunity for students to ground their collegiate course-of-study in mathematics and physics in order to advance their academic skills as they pursue a variety of technologically oriented careers.

Program Learning Outcomes

The student will be able to:

• Use mathematical techniques for problem solving.
• Explain the foundational principles for physics.
• Relate how the laws of physics support a biblical worldview.

Delivery Format: Online Only

• Lab assistant or technician (particular qualification/requirements notwithstanding)
• Science Teacher (with continuance to the B.Ed.)
• Physicist (with additional education)
