Purpose

The Graduate Certificate in School Leadership is designed to prepare effective leaders and practitioners with a biblical worldview who model high standards while accomplishing the goals of an education system. The non-licensure programmatic emphasis is on the development of collaborative leadership skills and strategic leadership techniques.

Program Learning Outcomes

The student will be able to:

• Understand elements of historical, philosophical, and theoretical influences pertaining to governance, administration, and leadership in professional and academic settings in education.
