Purpose

The purpose of the Graduate Certificate in Preschool is to provide an option for teachers who are currently licensed in the area of Elementary Education and desire an add-on endorsement to teach preschool children. This licensure certificate leads to a Virginia add-on endorsement and is intended to prepare elementary teachers to serve in early childhood classrooms.
