Purpose

The Graduate Certificate in Christian Leadership prepares students to lead local churches or para-church ministries. This certificate is designed to give students a solid biblical and theological foundation for leadership and train them to apply that foundation to their own lives as leaders as well as to the team and organizations within which they lead.

Program Learning Outcomes

The student will be able to:

• Assess the effectiveness of contemporary approaches to Christian leadership.
