Purpose

The Bachelor of Science in Religion major provides a broad introduction to the major issues, themes, and ideas of religious studies to prepare individuals for diverse vocational opportunities. With various cognate options, graduates from this program are prepared for a broad range of ministry positions or continued academic studies through graduate school. Programmatic emphasis is placed on foundational studies in apologetics, biblical studies, church history, theology, and practical ministry.
