Christian Studies Major (B.S.)
Purpose
The B.S. in Christian Studies seeks to equip students with a general knowledge of the Bible, Christian theology, practical ministry skills that will enable them to interpret Scripture, explain Christian doctrine, grow spiritually, and engage in Christian ministry.
Program Learning Outcomes
The student will be able to:
- Biblically and theologically justify essential truths of evangelical Christianity.
- Apply principles of theological methodology and principles of biblical interpretation in Christian scholarship.
- Examine major foundations for Christian spiritual life and practice
