Health Sciences Major (B.S.)
Purpose
The Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences major provides students with academic knowledge in the health sciences from the biblical worldview. Students acquire the skills and tools that enable them to be successful in graduate studies or to launch an entry-level career in an allied health profession.
Program Learning Outcomes
The student will be able to:
- Explain scientific concepts relevant for the health sciences.
- Apply scientific concepts to applications relevant to the field.
- Analyze healthcare challenges, opportunities, and/or best practices relevant to health professions.
- Demonstrate the relationship between health sciences and the Christian worldview.
