Purpose

The purpose of the Advanced Graduate Certificate in Leadership is to introduce students to the foundations of effective leadership to serve others with integrity and in accordance with biblical standards. The certificate addresses the need for virtuous and selfless leadership across all types of organizations by providing students with a knowledge of leadership and management foundations, effective communication, organizational behavior, and change.
