Purpose

The purpose of the Graduate Certificate in Management and Leadership is to familiarize students with the foundations of effective leadership to serve others with integrity and in accordance with biblical standards. The certificate addresses the need for virtuous and selfless leadership across all types of organizations by providing students with a knowledge of leadership and management foundations in the fields of business, human resources, executive leadership, and project management.
