Technical Studies Major (A.A.S.)
Purpose
The Associate of Applied Science in Technical Studies major provides students with knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience in fields such as carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, plumbing, and welding. Through classroom instruction and hands-on training, students gain nationally-recognized construction credentials as they develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills necessary to succeed on the job site. Ultimately, the program aims to produce well-rounded, adaptable graduates who have a solid foundation in a biblical worldview, are equipped for leadership, and are able to thrive in skilled trades professions.

Program Learning Outcomes
The student will be able to:
