The Office of Spiritual Development manages and oversees all the co-curricular ministry and mission of Liberty University-providing vision, structure, and commonality between the various departments that service Liberty University students, faculty, and staff. The Office of Spiritual Development's purpose is to account for spiritual life at Liberty, while fostering a distinctly Christian community among students that ensures every student is given the opportunity to know Christ, grow in their knowledge of Him, and develop into Champions for Christ. The following departments report to the Office of Spiritual Development.

LU Send exists to help equip and train students to become Champions for Christ by providing opportunities for them to experience their faith and education in action around the world alongside Liberty professors and fellow classmates.

LU Serve

LU Serve exists to provide engaging educational and ministry experiences for students, faculty, and staff. This is accomplished through intentional partnerships by providing meaningful local, domestic, and global service opportunities, humanitarian aid and disaster relief efforts, enriching and inspiring workshops, curated training sessions, and campus-wide events.

LU Stages

LU Stages exists to develop Champions for Christ through campus-wide events and ministry experiences, which provide content from nationally known speakers from a variety of fields, worship, and opportunities for spiritual growth for students.
