This course provides an introduction to Chinese civilization and culture. It highlights the fundamental elements of China’s history, literature, philosophy, religion, arts, and education from its beginning to the 21st century. This course is taught in Chinese.

Prerequisite: Prerequisite: CHIN 202
The course provides an overview of how Chinese culture affects the way that Chinese people interact with Christianity. Learners will learn how to deal with the cultural issues arising from the interaction between Christian and non-Christian worldviews. This course is taught in Chinese.
