First-year through Senior-year students have access to personalized advising through their assigned Professional Advisor, based on the student’s academic area of study. Professional Advising is a "one-stop" office for answers to all student's questions. Juniors and Seniors are encouraged to meet with Faculty Mentors, as needed, in the Academic Department that corresponds with their major. Students also have a specific Academic Evaluator in the Registrar's Office, who responds to formal inquires about requirements remaining for degree completion, and processes Degree Completion Applications in a student's final semester. Both Professional Advisors and Faculty will assist students with reaching their spiritual, academic, and personal goals. Professional Advising's primary focus is to help each resident student from their first day at Liberty to graduation - whether through academic coaching, problem solving, one-on-one appointments, connections with financial aid, scholarship assistance, or just a helping hand.
